UPDATE: MORE PHOTOS POSTED. Work continues on the '68 289 coupe. The motor has been rebuilt and the interior is completely out of the car. Once the engine is back in the car it will go to the paint shop for some body refreshing and a new coat of paint. The finished car will have a 289 4bbl, flow tech headers, and dual side exit exhaust with turbo mufflers. The interior will be black, as is the vinyl top. The car has AT, factory AC, PS, PB. 1968 California Special
Here's the 1968 California Special. It's just back from paint. The interior is out, and will be completely restored in it's original black color. The 289 is a nice 4 BBL that's been rebuilt, but we're gonna drop in a completely rebuilt 428 Police Interceptor motor. I'll add some photos of that motor soon. Stay tuned.
